• Tenant screening- background, credit, income verification and rent history

• Conducting move ins and overseeing hook ups to utilities

• Community notices- we draft notices to the community for everything including inspections, scheduling services and more

• Required inspections such as combustible inspections and trailer condition inspections

• Maintenance- we cover everything from posting new signage to arranging or providing snow removal services. We also help with plumbing and electrical issues, as well as other common problems unique to trailer parks

• Collections- we collect rent, send reminder notices, call tenants as needed every month. We schedule payments to one or more owners by direct deposit.

• Utility Payments- we pay utilities as needed such as public service electric, water, insurance, and taxes.
